Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!                                                                                                                    

• Due to the product type and for hygiene & sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. The health and safety of our customers is of the UTMOST importance. 
• We ask all customers to CAREFULLY review their order, billing and shipping details PRIOR to purchase. 
• No changes can be made to the order once it has been processed. This will help cut down on any potential order and shipping errors.

Exchanges (if applicable):                                                                                                                           

In certain and special circumstances some items may be eligible for exchange only.                      

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be UNUSED/UNWORN and in its ORIGINAL                                     packaging and condition as you received it.                                                                                                                                                                     

 All customers MUST submit all requests for exchange by contacting Shazzy’s Hair Emporium                           Corp. customer service at shazzyshairdesignz@gmail.com with the following information:                         

  · Order Number                                                                                                                  

                           · Item Details and Reason for exchange request                                                                                         

 · Photo/Video of item(s) for exchange approval                                                           

All email requests MUST be received within 20 days of order and reviewed for APPROVAL.                                                         Upon review of the emailed request, the customer will receive an email with the final determination within 5-7 business days and instructions. If the request is approved, the replacement MUST be for the SAME item and/or EQUAL VALUE. ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS are at the explicit and sole discretion of Shazzy’s Hair Emporium Corp.                                                     

Order Processing and Shipping Time:                                                                                                   

Order Processing Time – Once an order has been securely placed, the processing time begins.                          

Cancelation Policy/Restocking Fee:                                                                                                      

• If you feel you placed an order by error, you must contact Shazzy’s Hair Emporium Corp. customer service at shazzyshairdesignz@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Please contact us immediately & we will try to help you and avoid any additional charges. If the request is received after 24 hours, the order will be assessed a 25% cancelation/restocking fee PRIOR to any refunds are issued.
• Any orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be canceled.
• All orders must be made using our website -  NO EXCEPTIONS!
