In certain and special circumstances some items may be eligible for exchange only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be UNUSED/UNWORN and in its ORIGINAL packaging and condition as you received it.
All customers MUST submit all requests for exchange by contacting Shazzy’s Hair Emporium Corp. customer service at shazzyshairdesignz@gmail.com with the following information:
· Order Number
· Item Details and Reason for exchange request
· Photo/Video of item(s) for exchange approval
All email requests MUST be received within 20 days of order and reviewed for APPROVAL. Upon review of the emailed request, the customer will receive an email with the final determination within 5-7 business days and instructions. If the request is approved, the replacement MUST be for the SAME item and/or EQUAL VALUE. ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS are at the explicit and sole discretion of Shazzy’s Hair Emporium Corp.
